SAMR

Teaching is not always easy. It requires a lot of energy and time. To make your teaching more effective, you need a lesson plan. To be honest, this is the first time I made a lesson plan. It quite difficult at the beginning because I didn't know what to do. Besides, I never make one before. But after I made one, I feel it was not that difficult to make a lesson plan. The most difficult part is the topic. Making a topic which is relevant and interesting for the learners is not always easy. I spent about a whole day for simply searching what topic should I choose.

I made a lesson plan about how to be the best public speaker. I'm not sure whether this topic is interesting for my learners or not, but I'm quite sure that they need this topic for their life. I also using SAMR teaching mode in my lesson plan. SAMR is teaching method that involves technology in it. S stands for Substitution, A stands for Augmentation, M stands for Modification, and R stands for Redefinition. The picture is the representation for each level. As you can see from the picture, the R is tempting your taste the most. It is because the R is where the technology allows for the creation of new tasks. I use Blendspace to do that. You can use the other app if you want to. The internet has many app for you.
